Shish Kabobs
  1. Cut meat into cubes and place in resealable bag.
  2. Combine brown sugar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Stir in buttermilk.
  4. Pour marinade into resealable bag with meat and combine.
  5. Marinate in refrigerator for: 12 for sirloin steak 24 hours for chuck roast
  6. Cut onions and bell peppers into chunks.
  7. Cut mushrooms in half.
  8. Rinse cherry tomatoes.
  9. Assemble skewers varying meat and vegetable order about 2-3 pieces of each on a skewer.
  10. Brush vegetable with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
To Bake in Oven
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place skewers on foil lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes turning skewers every five minutes.
To Grill
  1. Grill over hot coals.
  2. Cook for about 15 minutes turning skewers every five minutes.
