Carrot Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix together sugar vegetable oil and baking soda.
  3. Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
  4. Mixing in flour, carrots, allspice, and cinnamon until thoroughly combined.
  5. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 cake pan.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until done.
Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
  1. Thoroughly combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  2. If frosting is too thick, add a little bit of milk.
  3. Once cake is cooled, spread it over top of the cake and serve.
